We serve our local communities with pride, with many of our employees being personally involved in various civic organizations, some in positions of leadership, as well as being involved in various local churches. We are a responsible corporate citizen of the communities we serve.

New Carlisle Federal Savings Bank will strive to continue to grow with an ever-increasing market share in our community. To achieve this goal, we will train our employees to deliver the best banking products with superior customer service.

New Carlisle Federal is well-known for our personalized service. Many of our customers are called by name upon entering the Bank. We are also conservative in our approach to doing business. We are willing to accept only reasonable risk in the loans we make, while paying a competitive rate on our deposit products. We offer many of the latest and greatest services expected by our customers. We won't, however, rush into anything until we can be certain of delivering the new service to our customers with the same level of service to which they are accustomed.

Founded in 1883, we are the oldest bank in our county, nearly the oldest in the region. We fully intend to remain independent, focusing on the well-being of our customers first and foremost. Our employees will continue to be involved in local organizations and to lead those organizations when possible. Our employees will also know that my greatest expectation of them is to treat you as they themselves would want to be treated.
